Shipping Policy

We buy on the internet as well as having this shop and hate when e-stores try to gouge on shipping / handling charges. We charge for our products prices that give us a profit to stay in business. The shipping charges below reflect what our shopping cart is set up to charge. We try to get as much into a shipping container as we can. If the actual shipping charge turns out to be less than what is charged by our shopping cart, we will return the difference to you by either a refund on your credit card or a check with your order.

We ship primarily by US Postal Service. Shipping for fabric yardage is:

- Up to 8 yards of normal weight, or 5 yards of flannel/brushed, fabric will ship in an envelope for $5.10 domestic U.S., $9.50 to Canada, and $11.50 international. International and Canadian shipping will be made by multiples of envelopes and charged accordingly.

- 8.5 to 20 yards of normal weight or 5.5 to 12 yards of flannel/brushed fabric will ship in a box for $9.90. No international shipments of boxes will be made without prior arrangements.

- Over 20 normal or 12 flannel/brushed yards will be shipped in combinations of boxes and envelopes and charged accordingly. (I won't cut large orders of the same fabric, unless requested.) If the shopping cart charges more for shipping than it costs me, I will refund the overcharge.

Shipping and handling for patterns and smocking plates is shown on their respective pages. If you order fabric and patterns/smocking plates, we will try to package them together and charge only for the fabric.

For unusually large fabric orders or special shipping instructions, please contact us by phone or email and we'll discuss the actual shipping charges by the shipper of your choice.

Satisfaction/Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with our merchandise. If you feel there is a mistake with your order, please contact us and we promise to make it right. If the color doesn't match your project, you can return your purchase for a refund, less shipping. To ensure color match, please contact us for free swatches of any of our fabric. No refunds will be made for damaged or soiled merchandise, or for returns without first contacting us.
